Gedanch Wines & Spirits — Returns & Refunds Policy

  • At Gedanch Wines & Spirits, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that there may be circumstances where a return, replacement, or refund is necessary. Please review the terms of our policy below:

Return & Refund Requests - You are entitled to request a return, replacement, or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. However, due to the nature of our products, and because we cannot guarantee the storage conditions once the goods are in the possession of the customer, all requests must meet the conditions outlined below.

Inspection and Notice of Damages - We strongly advise all customers to inspect their orders immediately upon receipt. Any damages or defects must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery.

To report an issue - please email us at gedanchwinehouse@gmail.com with an Incident Report that includes the following:

1. A brief description of the issue;

2. Supporting evidence (e.g., photos of damage or defects)

3. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice receipt)

Important: Failure to notify us of any damage or defect within 7 days of delivery may result in your return or refund request being denied.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item(s) must have been purchased within the last 30 days;

• The item(s) must be in their original, complete packaging, and in the same condition as when delivered.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized;

• Goods that are perishable or have a short shelf life;

• Goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons;

• Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

Gedanch Wines & Spirits reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet these conditions, at our sole discretion.

Please note:

• We are not responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during the return shipment.

• We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

• Refunds cannot be processed without receipt of the returned goods or acceptable proof of return delivery.

Refund Timeline - Once your return is approved and received, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction. You will receive your refund within 30 days of our receipt of the returned item. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
